Black Opal Consultants Limited, incorporated in 2020, is a real estate consulting and sales company that works with established developers such as Gaurs Group, SKA, Galaxy, Shapoorji Pallonji, Max Estates and M3M to market and sell residential and commercial projects. The Company enters into exclusive or semi-exclusive sales arrangements for selected project inventory and earns brokerage income from successful sales. It also works with group entities such as Aurika Homes Private Limited to market and sell their projects, supporting group synergies and business growth. Its services include consulting and advisory, exclusive sales arrangements, loan syndication and real estate development through group entities operating in Tier-II cities. The Company mainly focuses on new and under-construction residential and commercial properties and connects developers with potential buyers through a network of more than 200 brokers, along with digital marketing platforms such as Facebook and Google. Black Opal has also entered the real estate development business through Aurika Developers LLP, with its first project, “Veda”, being a commercial and hospitality development in Darshan Nagar, Ayodhya.
