1Lawful Basis & Consent Architecture (Sections 4, 5, & 6)

We process digital personal data strictly on the basis of your freely given, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous consent, or for legitimate uses explicitly permitted under the DPDP Act 2023:

Account Authentication: When you register or sign in, we process your email and profile credentials to authenticate your session and maintain your personalized watchlist.
Local Storage & Privacy: Your portfolio simulations, calculators, and recent searches are kept within your device's local storage and are not transmitted to remote third parties.
Security & Audit Logs: Standard web server telemetry (IP addresses, request headers) is processed solely for network defense, rate limiting, and DDoS mitigation under legitimate use provisions.

2Statutory Rights of Data Principals (Sections 11, 12, 13, & 14)

Indian citizens using our service enjoy comprehensive rights under Chapter III of the DPDP Act 2023:

Right to Access Information (Sec 11)

Obtain a summary of personal data being processed and details of third-party data fiduciaries or processors.

Right to Correction & Erasure (Sec 12)

Correct inaccurate data, complete incomplete information, or request full deletion of your personal records.

Right of Grievance Redressal (Sec 13)

Right to Nominate (Sec 14)

3Protection of Children's Personal Data (Section 9)

Under Section 9 of the DPDP Act 2023, IPO Grey Market Premium does not knowingly process personal data of children under 18 years of age. We do not perform tracking, behavioral profiling, or targeted advertisements directed at minors.
